All services are tailored based on the scope of work agreed upon in your individual client contract, proposal, or onboarding documentation.

2. Use of Website
 You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Attempt to interfere with, damage, or disrupt our systems, networks, or security protocols

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

3. Intellectual Property

Delays in providing these items may result in extended project timelines or additional charges.

5. Fulfillment Policy
 

Lone Star Marketing & Design LLC delivers digital services based on the terms outlined in your individual agreement or service package.

Service Delivery Timeframes
 Turnaround times vary depending on the nature of the service. Estimated timelines will be provided during onboarding. Factors like client response time and project scope may affect delivery.

Revisions
 

Most services include a specific number of revisions, which will be outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur an added fee.

Delivery Method
 All digital services, deliverables, reports, and content are provided electronically via email, project management tools (like Trello or ClickUp), or client portals.

Refunds & Cancellations
 Due to the customized nature of digital marketing services, we do not offer refunds once services have commenced. Clients may cancel their monthly services with at least 14 days written notice prior to their next billing cycle. Completed work up until the cancellation date will be delivered.

Failed Fulfillment
 If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order or service, we will communicate promptly and provide either a revised timeline or a partial refund, depending on the scope of work not completed.

6. Payments & Billing
 All services must be paid as outlined in the service agreement or invoice.
Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.
Recurring payments (e.g., monthly retainers) will be billed automatically on the agreed date.
